The BLUE lights activate the teeth whitening gel to enhance its whitening effect, while the RED lights technology reduces the tooth sensitivity, repairs tissue & kills bad bacteria during the whitening treatment! Our products also contain a remineralizing & desensitizing gel that restore the outer layer of your teeth after each whitening session. Our line of products allows anyone to safely whiten their teeth at home or on-the-go. All of our products come with detailed instructions for usage and wear.

Exact instructions for each product are provided with your purchase. We recommend 7-10 days minimum of daily use for best results. It’s also important to take care of your teeth and to avoid staining foods such as coffee, tea, wine and soda during and after the whitening treatment.
Teeth whitening results will vary from person to person, but most of our products last from 2-5 months. This also varies depending on the foods and drinks consumed. Daily consumption of coffee, wine, tea, soda or smoking will reduce your whitening results.

Our products are safe for caps, crowns and veneers, but will not whiten these dental restorations. We also do not recommend using our products on dental braces as whitening can be uneven, messy and uncomfortable.
This will vary from person to person, but we recommend waiting minimum 4 weeks after full product use. Detailed information is included with each product purchase.
People who use our products and follow the instructions rarely experience discomfort or tooth sensitivity. However, if sensitivity or discomfort does occur, we suggest with waiting 24 hours before using the products again and using less whitening gel. For those that do have tooth sensitivity and discomfort, please note that it is only temporary and does not require medical treatment. If irritation persists, stop using the product, and consult your healthcare provider or your dentist.
You should wait at least 1 hour before you drink (except for water) or eat after each treatment. The best is to avoid tea, coffee, soda, cigarettes and staining foods during the whole treatment (and reduce their consumption after).
Our whitening gel is good for 1 year from purchase date. We cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the gel after 1 year. Store all gel and products in a cool, dry place. If necessary, the whitening gel may be refrigerated.
None of our products are tested on animals and are 100% cruelty-free.

Returns must be authorized by a iSmile California Customer Service Representative. All product(s) must be returned to our return department. You refund will be issued within 3-5 business days on the same payment method after we receive back the item(s).

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail within 1 day days of ordering on Monday – Friday (if order placed before 12pm EST). International orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class International within 1 to 2 business days.
Once your product has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
Additions, changes and cancellations to your order can be made at any time prior to shipment. If you need to make a change, addition or cancel your order, please contact support as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order or make a change until you receive the item. In that case, you will have to file a return to get a refund or change your order.
