Returns must be authorized by a iSmile California Customer Service Representative. All product(s) must be returned to our return department. You refund will be issued within 3-5 business days on the same payment method after we receive back the item(s).

Additions, changes and cancellations to your order can be made at any time prior to shipment. If you need to make a change, addition or cancel your order, please contact support as soon as possible.
